Shipping methods and fees
Deliveries are made by DHL / UPS courier with the method the customer chooses during the purchase. If the selected shipment is not available for the destination postcode of the customer and already paid when ordering, Susi Store will choose the fastest alternative shipping method, refunding the difference.
Susi Store can not guarantee the customer or request the courier, delivery by appointment. The delivery will always take place following the daily planning of travel).
The "remote areas", the "minor islands" (courier names) and areas not served directly by the courier may be subject to delivery delays that are not dependent on our will.

When the shipment takes place, the courier tracking number will be automatically provided via e-mail to track the progress of your shipment simply by clicking on the link in the e-mail.
The courier delivers worldwide by following the daily planning of travel, not by appointment. Days and delivery times vary for each country.
In Italy, deliveries usually take place from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, every day except holidays. Abroad times and methods can be variable.
Leaving the correct mobile number, the courier will notify the customer in advance of the delivery attempt. From that moment Susi Store will never be made aware of the agreements between the customer and the courier and cannot be held responsible in any case if the agreements reached should be disregarded.
If the courier can not contact the customer and deliver the order to the specified address, he will leave the correct directions to the recipient for a new delivery attempt or for new reception methods (collection points, Service Points, etc.).
The undelivered orders will be returned to the Susi Store stores. If the package is not delivered due to customer-dependent reasons (wrong address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs, return costs and any charges will always be deducted from the reimbursement to the customer.
When the goods are delivered by the courier, the customer must check:
- that the quantity of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice, if requested;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered.
Any external and/or hidden damages, or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately notified to the courier who delivers the goods, writing "Goods received unchecked" on the transport document. And must be confirmed within 8 days by a registered postcard to:

with return receipt to the courier, whose address is explained on the transport document. If the package is damaged write "Goods received unchecked - the package is damaged". Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be verified within 8 days of receipt.
Susi Store has no responsibility if the delivery is delayed. From the moment the delivery takes place, the customer is responsible for the goods.
